Warranty Policy

If the ARNOLD & BECKER wristwatch you have purchased has a failure caused by defects in materials used or workmanship under normal use and service, it will be repaired, adjusted or replaced with an equivalent model (or the successor model, if the watch is out of production). The period of warranty is 12 months on the materials and workmanship and 24 months on the wristwatch movement, from date of purchase. You may return the watch to us during the warranty period for your claim with proof of purchase. Please refer to our shipping policy section for warranty claim return shipping process.
